The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Mining is collaborating with the Jamaica Agricultural Society (JAS) on a ‘Thank A Farmer’ campaign aimed at increasing public awareness and showing appreciation and support for the country’s farmers.
The initiative was launched during a ceremony on Thursday (April 3) at Craighton Estate Great House in Irish Town, St. Andrew, to mark the start of Farmers’ Month.
